摘要
注册核安全工程师执业资格制度在我国刚刚兴起,正渐入正轨,但在许多层面上还存在各种亟需解决的问题。为使这项制度进一步完善,回顾了注册安全工程师执业资格制度的建立及发展现状,分析了在注册核安全工程师执业监管过程中存在的问题,从法律法规、行政监管和继续教育3方面提出了促进注册核安全工程师执业资格制度健康发展的思路和建议。
The certified qualification system for registered nuclear safety engineers is gradually developing into the right track. Since the system is at starting stage in China,some problems need to be solved in many respects. Based on the historical review and status survey for the system,the existing problems in course of implementing the system were analyzed. Some suggestions were offered from three aspects,including regulations and laws,authority regulation and continuing education,in order to promote the smoothly development of the system.
