摘要
论文设计制作了简易气敏传感器测试系统主要用于气敏薄膜元件的气敏特性测试,该测试系统可以较好地测试气敏样品的气敏特性以及电阻-温度特性。该测试系统现具备测试范围广,可以在不同的温度下,测量气敏样品的气敏特性,同时也可对不同形状的片式电极进行实验;测量结果比较精确;操作比较方便,由外部控制面板进行统一控制;外形美观等优点。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the type gas sensor.We preliminary design is to make a simple gas sensor test system.The test system is good at the test of gas sensing characteristics of gas sensitive samples and their resistance-temperature characteristics.The test system now has wide measuring range,which can be used in different temperature to test gas sensing properties of gas sensitive sample.It can also use for different shapes of electrode in the experiment.The measurement results are more accurate;the operation is more convenient.
