摘要
通过对我国普通高校研究生导师队伍现状的分析,提出了医科院校导师评价体系。评价体系将导师的师德师风、学术水平、综合素质、培养能力在指标中得到全面地体现,并建立奖惩机制,实现研究生导师岗位动态管理。指出该体系有利于督促导师积极履行职责,保证导师队伍的整体素质,保障研究生培养质量。
Based on the research of graduate students' supervisors at colleges and universities in our country,this paper proposes a supervisor evaluation system at medical colleges and universities,which makes an overall evaluation of supervisors ' professional ethics,academic competency,comprehensive quality,and cultivating ability. It also proposes the reward-punishment mechanism to realize the dynamic management of graduate students' supervisors. This system can help monitor supervisors' carrying out their duties,ensure their high quality and improve the quality of graduate student training.
