摘要
医科院校创新型导师队伍评价体系的建立,对于提高导师队伍整体素质和创新型研究人才培养质量,推动学科建设发展,提升高校办学实力具有重大意义。文章分析了医科院校目前导师评价体系中存在的问题,并提出建立创新型导师评价体系的原则和方法。
Establishing an innovative tutor evaluation system has a great significance for improving the overall quality of the tutor team,upgrading the quality of innovative graduate students,promoting the development of disciplinary construction,and enhancing the capability of school running at medical colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the major problems in the current tutor evaluation system at medical colleges and universities and puts forward the principles and methods of establishing the new evaluation system.
