摘要
以不同极性溶剂分别对瘤果黑种草籽进行提取,得到甲醇提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物、正己烷提取物,并采用二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH),2,2'-连氨-双-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二胺盐(ABTS)和还原能力三种不同的实验方法评价新疆瘤果黑种草籽抗氧化活性。结果表明,瘤果黑种草籽提取物具有不同程度的抗氧化能力,甲醇提取物的抗氧化活性相对优于其它溶剂萃取物,清除DPPH自由基的能力优于BHT,瘤果黑种草籽各溶剂提取物具有较强ABTS清除能力,最高清除率达81.33%,其ABTS自由基清除率强弱顺序为甲醇提取物>乙酸乙酯提取物>正己烷提取物;黑种草籽提取物还原能力强弱顺序为甲醇提取物>乙酸乙酯提取物>正己烷提取物。瘤果黑种草籽提取物具有很好的抗氧化活性,不同溶剂提取物对抗氧化活性有很大影响。
