摘要
英国高校非常重视学生的就业与职业发展,许多高校都开展了多样化的大学生就业服务。通过从就业服务机构、就业服务对象、就业服务内容、就业服务资源几个方面对英国剑桥大学、牛津大学、伦敦大学、卡迪夫大学、诺丁汉大学五所高校大学生就业服务进行分析,归纳出英国高校的大学生就业服务具有信息资源充足、就业咨询多样化、重视校友的力量、重视学生技能发展、提供就业与创业奖金等特点,这为我国高校大学生就业服务工作的进一步完善提供了借鉴。
UK universities pay more attention to the employment and career development, and many universi- ties carry out a variety of employment service. Through the analysis on the career services included employment service institution, object, contents and resources for five universities which are Cambridge, Oxford, College of London, Cardiff and Nottingham, some features are enlightened which are to provide sufficient employment informa- tion, to provide diversified counseling, to mentor by powerful alumni, to pay attention to technical development of students and to supply bonus of employment and entrepreneurship.
