摘要
目的:观察正畸治疗用于口腔修复的实际疗效,评价其临床应用价值。方法:选择112例口腔修复患者,随机分为观察组56例,采用正畸治疗进行治疗,以及对照组56例,采用局部义齿进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗有效率及患者满意度。结果:本次研究中,观察组治疗有效率为94.64%,患者满意度为92.86%,对照组治疗有效率为76.79%,患者满意度为73.21%,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸治疗用于口腔修复疗效显著,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the effect of orthodontic treatment for dental practice, and evaluate its clinical value. Methods：112 cases of dental patients, 56 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the use of orthodontic treatment for treatment, and a control group of 56 patients, the use of partial denture treatment, comparing two groups of patients in an efficient and patient satisfaction. Results： In this study, the observation group was 94.64% effective treatment, patient satisfaction was92.86%, the control group was 76.79% effective, patient satisfaction was73.21%, the differences between the groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Orthodontic treatment for dental significant effect, patient satisfaction is high, worthy of clinical application.
