摘要
目的:探讨并评价义齿种植在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年1月收治的130例接受口腔修复手术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组给予常规口腔修复处理,观察组采用义齿种植,比较两组患者的满意度、治疗效果、治疗前后基牙出血指数以及功能恢复时间。结果:观察组的治疗满意度为95.38%(62/65),对照组为81.54%(53/65),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.642,P<0.05)。治疗有效率观察组93.85%(61/65),对照组78.46%(51/65),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.312,P<0.05)。修复前两组的基牙出血指数比较差异无统计学意义,修复后均较治疗前显著下降,观察组明显低于对照组,且观察组的口腔颌面功能恢复时间以及总治疗时间均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用固定义齿技术进行口腔修复,能够提高治疗效果,功能恢复更好,提高了患者满意度。
Objective： To study the application effect of implant denture for oral cavity repair. Methods： Selected 130 cases of patients with received oral repair surger from January 2013 to January 2015,randomly divided them into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group,the control group received conventional oral repair processing,observation group received denture planting,compared patients＇ satisfaction,treatment effect,abutment teeth bleeding index before and after the treatment,and functional recovery time of two groups. Teatment effective rate was 93. 85%（ 61 /65） in observation group,the control group was 78. 46%（ 51 /65）,difference between groups had statistical significance,χ^2= 4. 312,P〈0. 05）. Abutment teeth bleeding index had no significant difference between two groups before treatment,after treatment both decreased significantly,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the oral facies frontalis function recovery time and the total treatment time were significantly lower in observation group than the control group,the comparison between groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Implant denture using in oral cavity repair can improve the treatment effect,has a better functional recovery,improve patient＇ satisfaction,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
