分析了网络环境下图书馆员工作方式的变革所带来的价值观念的变革 ,讨论了图书馆员向信息馆员转变的必然性及有效途径 。
The paper analyses the reform of value idea resulted from the reform of librarian's working form in network environment,discusses the necessity of transforming librarian to information librarian and efficiency way.Then outlooks information librarian's future information quality education duty oriented society.
