摘要
价值观念的变革左右着人们所有思想观念的变革,决定着人们的追求,主宰着人们一切思想与行为。因而,图书馆员的价值观念会影响其思想与行为,从而影响着图书馆的服务质量。本文从知识管理时代图书馆的相关特征及价值观念对图书馆员思想和行为的影响出发,阐述了新时期图书馆员思想行为的表现,论述了图书馆员价值观的引导。参考文献5。
Beginning with the influence of library related characteristic and value idea in knowledge management time on librarians＇ thought and behavior, this article elaborated the performance of librarians＇ thought and behavior in the new time, discussed the guidance of librarians＇ value idea. 5 refs.
