摘要
本文从信息时代图书馆员应该具备的素质入手,强调拥有一支素质精良的图书馆员队伍是提高图书馆服务水平的必要保证,提出继续教育是提高图书馆员素质的必由之路。
Starting with the qualities that a librarian should process, this paper emphasizes that a high-quality librarian team is a necessary guarantee to improve libraries' service standard and puts forward that further education is the only way to improve librarians' quality.
