美国“重返亚洲”背景下的南海问题与中美关系 被引量：1

摘要 自2014年1月以来,美国和菲律宾在南海问题上频频作出针对中国的强硬表态。同时,中国在西沙群岛附近海域设置的海洋石油981号钻井平台,引发中越两国在领土主权上发生激烈对峙,双方的巡逻艇多次发生碰撞,一系列的领土冲突使得南海局势愈发紧张。究其根源,当下美国的介入和南海政策的调整是使南海争端日趋复杂化和紧张加剧的关键,其背后依旧反映出美国"重返亚洲"战略及对华政策的微妙演变。与此同时,美国的南海政策折射出新时期中美关系的现状,影响到中美关系未来的发展趋向。
