美国高调宣称"重返亚洲",名义上是为了威慑中国对亚洲既有秩序可能产生的"威胁"维持亚洲秩序的"稳定"。但"重返亚洲"带来的结果却正好相反,亚洲秩序因此发生了急剧的变化,出现了"失序"的趋势。在某种意义上说,亚洲各国急速崛起的民族主义和"重返亚洲"不无关联。
The United States proclaimed'return to Asia'in a high-profile.The United States claims that its aim is to 'deter'from China's possible threat to existed order,to keep'stability'in Asian order.Instead,with drastic changes in situation,Asia appeared the trend of'out of order'.In a sense,the rapid rise of nationalism in the Asian countries has some relevance to the United States’'return to Asia'.
