摘要
对某型吸油烟机用多翼离心风机进行研究,利用CFD软件对风机进行二维数值模拟,分析其在工作过程中的湍流动能、速度等参数的分布情况,找到风机蜗舌处存在的结构问题。采用多级蜗舌的方法对离心风机的蜗舌进行结构改进,利用Fluent软件对不同蜗舌过渡半径下的离心风机进行仿真分析,得到风机的噪声、流量、全压值等参数与过渡半径之间的关系,从而确定蜗舌结构参数的取值。制作改进后风机的样机,对其进行噪声和振动实验测试,并与原风机对比。实验结果表明改进后离心风机的性能有所提升,利用CFD方法对离心风机进行结构改进是可行的。
A certain type of multi-blade centrifugal fan of range hood is researched. A two-dimensional numerical simulation on the centrifugal fan is conducted in order to analyze the distribution of the turbulent kinetic energy, speed and other parameters in the process of working and finds out the structural fanlt of fan by using CFD software. The centrifugal fan with different transition radius of volute tongue is simulated and analyzed using Fluent software and the relationship between noise, flow, total pressure of the fan and the transition radius is obtained. Accordingly, the structural parameter values of the volute tongue are determined. After determining parameters of the optimized structure, the prototype is developed. In addition, experiments on noise and vibration of the prototype are carried out. Then, compares the experimental results of the prototype with the experimental results of the original fan. The results show that the performance of optimized centrifugal fan has improved and the structural optimization of the centrifugal fan using CFD method is feasible.
