摘要
为解决某风机盘管的离心风机运行时噪声大的问题,基于CFD分析方法,对风机盘管机组空气侧进行流态分析,研究离心风机的内部流动特性,并基于分析结果重新设计风轮及蜗壳。经优化后的离心风机内部流态得到明显改善。将原始方案和优化方案进行试验验证,结果显示,新设计的离心风机在相同风量下的噪声值比原始风机下降4.7 dB(A)。
In order to solve the problem of large operation noise of a centrifugal fan with a certain fan-coil unit, the airside flow of the unit is analyzed based on CFD analysis method. The internal flow characteristics of the centrifugal fan are studied. Based on the analysis results, its fan and volute axe redesigned. The status of the internal flow of the centrifugal fan is improved obviously after the optimization. It is shown from the experimental results that the noise value of the redesigned centrifugal fan is reduced by 4.7 dB(A) in comparison with the original fan in the same air flow rate.
