摘要
近年来,随着资源总量的不断减少以及国内外资源市场的变化,煤炭资源型县域面临着资源枯竭、煤价下跌、经济下滑的压力,其转型发展更加紧迫。科技创新是经济发展的推动力,也是煤炭资源型县域转型的推动力。通过分析科技创新、创新驱动的内涵和外延,揭示了科技创新驱动的发展模式,并结合煤炭资源型县域的特点,对煤炭资源型县域的转型提出了建议。
In recent years, along with the continuous decrease of total available resources and the change of the resource market at home and abroad, the coal resource-based counties are faced with the pressure of resource depletion,coal price fell and economic downward, their transformation and development are more urgent. The scientific and technological innovation is the driving force of economic development, and also is the driving force of the transformation of coal resource-based counties. Through analyzing the connotations and denotations of the scientific and technological innovation and innovation driving, this paper reveals the scientific and technological innovation driven development model,and connecting with the features of coal resource-based counties, puts forward some suggestions on the transformation of coal resource-based counties.
