摘要
现实中对科技创新的理解存在很大差异,其内涵也不明确。因此,本文根据现代科技的特点和科技创新的内容,对科技创新的概念进行了界定,并从四个方面论述了科技创新的内涵以及与技术创新的差异。
Practically there is very big difference to the comprehension of scientific technology innovation. And its connotation also is of being uncertain, therefor, this paper bases the characteristics of modem scientific technology and the contents of science and technology innovation. And four further discussed the content of its innovation to define its conception, besides, further elucidates fxom four respects, the connotation of scientific technology innovation and differences of from technic Innovation.
