摘要
本文首先从经济发展的本质、世界各国经济发展的趋势以及我国全面建成小康社会的要求三个方面阐述了我国走创新驱动发展之路的必然性;随后探讨了创新驱动发展的主要特征,即以人为本、打造先发优势和企业家驱动;最后对实施创新驱动发展战略的关键即深化改革进行了剖析,提出要创新改革的形式,更多地依靠诱导性制度变迁来推进改革。
The article first illustrates the inevitability for China to implement innovation-driven development strategy in terms of the essence of economic development,the trend of economic development around the world,as well as the demands for building a well-off society.Then the article analyses the main features of innovation-driven development,i.e.people oriented,acquiring first-mover advantage and entrepreneur-driven.Finally the article explores the key point for realizing innovation-driven development strategy—deepening reform,and suggests an innovation for the reform method,that is pushing forward reform through induced institutional change.
