摘要
目的探讨四肢骨折应用锁定加压钢板内固定的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院近年来收治的四肢骨折患者60例,并随机将患者分为对照组和观察者,对照组患者采用传统的解剖钢板进行治疗,观察组采用锁定加压钢板内固定进行治疗,对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 两组患者在经过治疗后,观察组患者的治疗效果明显高于对照组,观察组患者治疗后并发症发生情况低于对照组患者。结论 锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折,具有创伤小、固定牢靠、患者骨折愈合率高、术后预后功能恢复良好等优势。
Objective To explore the application of extremities fractures to the clinical treatment effect of locking compression plate fixation. Method 60 patients with limbs fracture admitted in our hospital in recent years, and patients randomly divided into control group and the observer, the control group was treated by traditional anatomic plate treatment, observation group with locking compression plate internal fixation for treatment, the clinical data of two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the curative effect of observation group of patients is significantly higher than the control group and observation group of patients with complications after treatment in patients than controls. Conclusion Treatment of limbs fracture locking compression plate fixation, with small trauma, fixedfirmly, fracture healing rate is high, the prognosis of postoperative patients with good functional recovery and other advantages.
