锁定加压钢板在治疗四肢骨折中的临床疗效观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的对锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定对四肢骨折临床治疗效果进行了探讨。方法对本组收集到的60例四肢骨折患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果本组60例患者均采用锁定加压钢板内固定法进行治疗,均未出现骨折延迟愈合或者不愈合状况,所有患者的平均愈合时间为14周。利用统计学分析各个骨折部位的愈合时间,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论临床实践研究表明,锁定加压钢板内固定法对四肢骨折的治疗有着显著的治疗效果,在临床上的大量推广有着非常重要的意义。
