锁定加压钢板在肱骨近端骨折治疗中的临床应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨运用锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效.方法 应用锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折18例.结果 随访4~l1月(平均6月),术后3~4月复查x线片均见骨折愈合,未见感染、骨不连或延迟愈合.按Neer评分优13例,良3例,可2例,总优良率88.9%.结论 锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折固定牢靠,疗效优良,可作为治疗此种骨折的首选方法之一.
