摘要
三年制高专护理专业人才培养模式决定着护理人才培养的方向和质量,如何培养出满足临床、社区护理工作需求的合格的护士,一直是护理教育界探讨的焦点,为培养德才兼备的技能型护理专门人才,从课程体系、教学设计、师资队伍建设、培养途径与特色、实践教学等方面进行了一系列改革与创新,将三年制高专护理专业学生培养成德才兼备的高素质技能型护理专门人才。
The training mode decides the direction and quality of nursing talent training in three-year colleges. How to cultivate qualified nurses meeting the clinical and community nursing demand has been the focus of nursing educators to explore. In order to cultivate skilled nursing talents with both ability and political integrity in three-year colleges, a series of reform and innovation is conducted from course system, teaching design, teaching staff construction, cultivating ways and features, practice teaching and other aspects.
