摘要
目的:探讨床旁超声可视化教学在急诊住培基本操作教学中的应用效果.方法:选取超声科接受轮转的住院医生120人,按照随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各60人.对照组应用传统教学方式带教,研究组应用床旁超声可视化带教,比较两组带教效果.结果:相较于对照组,研究组的讲解过程以及示教过程评分均更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组胸腔穿刺操作时间更短,研究组的穿刺操作、应变能力评分均更高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:床旁超声可视化教学的应用可加强住院医生的临床操作理解,提升住院医生的穿刺操作技巧以及应急事件的应变能力,从而使总体教学效果提升.
Objective:To study the effect of bedside ultrasound in the basic operation of emergency treatment.Methods:120 patients who received the rotation of the emergency department were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method.In the control group,the traditional teaching method was applied to the teaching,the study group applied the bedside ultrasound to the visual band teaching,and compared the two groups with the teaching effect.Results:Compared with the control group,the teaching process and the teaching process score of the study group were higher and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the real patients in the study group had shorter operation time,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);in comparison with the control group,In the study group,the puncture operation and the response ability score were higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the visual teaching of the bedside ultrasound can enhance the clinical operation of the hospital,improve the puncture operation skill of the hospital and the adaptability of the emergency event,so as to improve the overall teaching effect.
