甲基硒酸对HeLa细胞增殖和迁移功能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨甲基硒酸(MeSeA)对HeLa细胞增殖和迁移功能的影响。方法体外培养HeLa细胞,采用不同浓度的MeSeA处理12—72h,MTT和划痕实验检测HeLa细胞的增殖和迁移能力。结果采用3μmol/L的MeSeA处理HeLa细胞,细胞的增殖和迁移速度明显降低(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。与对照组相比,MeSeA处理组的细胞增殖抑制率达40%,4h和8h的迁移抑制率分别为29%和26%。结论MeSeA可以抑制宫颈癌细胞系HeLa细胞的增殖及迁夥,表现出抗癌活性.
