摘要
为了研究复方中药对热应激肉鸡肝脏HSP70mRNA表达的调控效果;试验选取120只18日龄AA+肉仔鸡,随机分为4组,即复方中药组、维生素组、纯中药组和高温对照组进行试验,试验后每组迅速宰杀3只试验鸡,取肝脏组织进行HSP70mRNA表达的检测。结果表明:高温应激后,复方中药冲剂组和纯中药冲剂组鸡肝脏中HSP70 mRNA表达显著增加,分别比高温对照组、维生素组高2.98倍、3.28倍和4.66倍、5.13倍,说明本试验复方中药可通过上调HSP70 mRNA表达,提高机体热耐受水平,达到保护细胞作用。
In order to study the effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）on the thermal stress of Hsp70 mRNAexpression in chicken liver;120 AA ＋ broiler chickens at 18 days of age were selected and randomly divided into four groups,namelythe compound Chinese medicine group,vitamin group,the pure Chinese Medicine preparation group and the high temperature controlgroup. Three experimental chickens of each group were sacrificed quickly after the experiment,the liver tissue was taken for the detectionof HSP70 mRNA expression. The results show that under high temperature stress,HSP70 mRNA expression in experimental chickenliver of the compound Chinese medicine group and the pure Chinese Medicine preparation group of increased significantly,with 2.98 times and 3.28 times higher than that of the high temperature control group,4.66 times and 5.13 times higher than that of the vitamingroup,respectively. This compound Chinese medicine can increase the level of HSP70 mRNA,which in turn raise the body heat tolerance level and protect cell.
