不同产地的20个刺梨样品中,硒和V_E含量分析的结果表明:硒的含量范围在40~249ng/g(干基),平均为118ng/g.高于三种主要谷物和一般水果蔬菜的含量;V_E的含量范围在1.08~2.13mg/100g(鲜基),平均为1.50mg/100g,高于一般的水果蔬菜,与三种主要谷物含量相近。但硒和V_E含量无相关性(r=|0.1894|<0.423=0.05)。
samples of Rosa roxburghii fruit had been analysed, which were collected from different places. The results showed that the Se Cotent ranged-from 40-239ng/g(dry samples), and the average content reached 118ng/g, which was higher than that of 3 main cereals, general fruits and vegetables. The Ve content ranged from 1.08-2.13mg/100g(fresh samples), and the average content reached 1.50mg/100g, which was higher than that of general fruits and vegetables, and was close to that of 3 main cereals.
