摘要
对影响大白菜游离小孢子培养的主要因素,包括供试体的基因型、花蕾、花期生长时期、生长环境、培养基以及植株再生等情况进行了综述,并结合西藏实际提出了小孢子培养中存在的问题及未来的发展方向。
The factors affecting the microspore embryo foster of Chinese cabbage were reviewed,such as genotype,flower bud,growth of flowering period,growth condition,medium and plant regeneration.And the existing problems of the microspore culture in the research and expectations in the future development were put forward,combining with the practical situation of Tibet.
