摘要
自从Keller在甘蓝型油菜花药培养中首次用高温处理提高了花粉胚的诱导频率以来。
Isolated microspores of Chinese cabba-ge(Brassica campestris ssp.pekinensis)fromflower buds were incubated at 35℃ for0 and 1 day before transfer to 25℃.After3 days in culture,some of microsporestreated with high temperature underwentfirst cell division.However,the untreatedmicrospores began over-vacuolating anddying.The microspores treated with hightemperature finally developed into embryosand the highest efficiency was 300 embr-yos per bud,but no embryos was obtainedfrom the untreated microspores.Therefore,high temperature can efficiently increasethe yield of microspore-derived embryos.
