白酒糟高温好氧堆肥过程中氮素转化规律及堆肥周期探究 被引量:19

摘要 以白酒糟为材料,在敞开式自然通风条件下进行高温好氧堆肥实验,来研究白酒糟堆肥过程中氮素转化的规律以及堆体腐熟时间,以期为白酒糟的资源化利用提供科学依据和技术指导.结果表明:在28 d的堆肥过程中堆体温度在第7 d达到50℃,50℃以上维持了10 d;在堆肥过程中,堆体中NH+4—N含量呈先升后降的趋势,NO-3—N含量变化趋势与NH+4—N相反,堆肥结束,NH+4—N和NO-3—N含量分别较初始值升高82.0%和降低44.5%.有机氮和总氮含量均呈先降后升的趋势,至堆肥结束,有机氮和总氮含量分别升高了17.1%和1.9%.在第28 d,堆体的种子发芽指数达到90.4%,堆体完全达到了腐熟条件.结合堆肥过程中温度和pH的变化,可以断定在敞开式自然通风、每3 d翻一次堆的条件下,堆体经过22 d已经基本腐熟. In order to study the nitrogen transformation and composting period in high temperature aerobic composting of vinasse,an experiment was carried out on the condition of an open environment and natural ventilation,which is expected to provide scientific basis and technical guidance for vinasse resource utilization.results showed that:in the 28-day process of composting,temperature reached 50 ℃ on the seventh day,the temperature above 50 ℃ lasted 10 days; the content of NH4^+-N offered upgrade firstly and then descending latter tendency.Until the end of composting,the content of NH4^+-N increased by 82.0%.The content tendency of NO3-N was contrary to NH4^+-N and NO3^--N content was reduced by 44.5% compared with the initial stage.The content of Org-N and TN had the same variation trend,offered upgrade firstly and then descending latter tendency.Until the end of composting,the contents of Org-N and TN were 17.1% and 1.9% higher than initial stage respectively.On the 28th day,germination index reached 90.4%,compost maturity fully met the requirements.In consideration of the change of temperature and pH in the process of composting,it can be concluded that the period of vinasse compost is 22 days on the condition of open environment,natural ventilation and once artificial turning every 3 days.
