摘要
[目的]选取白酒糟和小麦秸秆为主要原料生产生物有机肥,对苏北地区盐碱地的土质进行改良。[方法]将原料预处理并加以混合,接入多种微生物菌株进行堆制发酵腐熟,20 d后制成生物有机肥,再进行肥力检测和农田施肥试验。[结果]该有机肥经3年高粱施肥试验后,供试土壤的有机质、全氮、全磷及全钾含量平均增加了34.2%、35.9%、23.7%30.8%,pH值平均下降了10.8%。高粱平均株高232.7 cm,穗长37.6cm,茎粗1.82 cm,成穗率为88.6%,产量达5 656.5 kg/hm^2,均超过对照组。[结论]该研究为白酒糟和秸秆资源的利用提供了参考。
[Objective]The aim was to produce bio - organic fertilizer by selecting lees and wheat straw as main raw materials,and improve saline - alkali soil in north of Jiangsu.[Method]The raw materials were pretreated and mixed,then many kinds of microbial strains were inoculated for composting fermentation.20 days later,the bio -organic fertilizer was produced.At last,the detection on nutrient ingredients and fertilization test were undertaken.[Result]After three years fertilization test,the mean decreasing rate of pH value of test soil was 10.8%and the increasing rate of organic matter,total N,P,K were 34.2%,35.9%,23.7%,30.8%.The average value of plant height,ear length, stem diameter,panicle rate were 232.7cm,37.6 cm,1.82 cm,88.6%,and the yield was 5656.5 kg/hm^2,all of them exceeded the average of control group.[Conclusion]The study will provide a reference for utilization of lees and straw.
