摘要
目的：了解城乡幼儿园儿童健康状况，对集体儿童卫生保健管理工作提供依据和改进措施。方法：对2012年9-12月亳州市谯城区12所幼儿园的3080例儿童体检资料进行分析。结果：城区幼儿园儿童龋齿、肥胖、消瘦、低体重发生率均高于乡村幼儿园，而发育迟缓和贫血发生率均低于乡村幼儿园。女童低体重和发育迟缓率高于男童，龋齿、身高超均值、体重超均值、肥胖、消瘦、贫血和其它疾病发生率均低于男童。结论：需要加强托幼机构卫生保健管理和卫生保健知识宣传，促进儿童健康成长。
Objective： This research aims to know the health condition of the children in city and country nursery schools. The results can be used as the foundation and methods to improve the collective children health care man- agement. Methods： We analyzed 12 nursery schools＇ 3080 cases of children＇s physical examination data between September and December of 2012 in Qiaoeheng District of Bozhou. Results： The results show that the rate of dental caries, fat, marasmus, low body weight of children in city nursery school is high than that in country nursery school, but the other rate of ultra-high, overweight, hypoevolutism and hypohemia is exactly the reverse. The comparison between boys and girls shows that the rate of low body weight and hypoevolutism of girls＇ is higher than that of boys＇, but the other data quite the contrary. Conclusion： We should strengthen the nurseries in health care management and health care knowledge propaganda, then we will promote the healthy grow-up of children.
