摘要
以陶宇佳备战十二届全运会的赛前训练为研究对象,运用文献资料、访谈、田野调查以及数理统计等方法,对陶宇佳赛前10周的训练安排、训练内容、训练方法与手段以及训练负荷进行系统研究。得出以下结论:1)陶宇佳的10周赛前训练安排采用了板块训练模式,这种训练模式对100米运动项目赛前训练安排具有重要的借鉴意义;2)陶宇佳赛前10周训练负荷内容安排上突出了速度、速度耐力与力量素质,各项素质在每个训练板块中都达到了很高的训练强度,体现了100米运动的项目特征;3)陶宇佳的赛前力量训练安排采用了周间非线性模式,这种安排是对100米运动项目传统力量训练线性分期理论的一个有力挑战。
This article regards Tao Yujia’s preseason training before the 12th National Games as the research object. By using literature review,interview,anthropology fieldwork and mathematical statistics,a systematic study has been made on Tao’s training arrangement, training content,training methods and means,training load 10 weeks before the Games. It is concluded that 1)the training arrangement of ten weeks adopts the plate training model,which is of vital significance for 100 m sports pre - match training arrangement;2)Tao’s ten weeks’ training highlighted the speed,speed - endurance and power quality,all of which reached a very high training intensity,reflecting the characteristics of 100 meters. 3)Tao’s strength training adopted the weekly nonlinear model,which is a great challenge for traditional linear strength training theory of 100 meters event.
