摘要
运用调查法对我国3 000m障碍跑优秀运动员林向前第11届全运会赛前1个月的训练计划进行调查与分析。结果表明:林向前的赛前训练始终保持较高水平的训练负荷。同时,训练强度每周均有一个强度高峰,在最后2周负荷强度超过比赛强度,相对前2周的负荷强度呈台阶式上升;在训练过程中始终坚持以速度训练为核心,高度重视无氧训练、高混氧与低混氧训练相结合;在训练方法与手段上,主要采用短距离间歇训练和重复训练方法相结合的跨栏技术训练。林向前的赛前训练体现了当代中长跑训练新理念,但在训练负荷不断增大的背景下,所采用的训练结构和恢复手段存在一些值得思考的问题。
Through using the method of investigation, this paper analyzes the training plan of 3000m stee- plechase athlete of LIN Xiang-qian one month before the llth National Games. The result shows that LIN Xiang--qian keeps a high level of training load precompetition training. At the same time, there is a strength training intensity peak in every week, the training intensity is over the competition intensity in the last two weeks, the training intensity is step-like rise relative to the intensity in the first two weeks. In the training process,he always adheres to the speed training as the core,attaches great importance to an- aerobic training,high--mix low-oxygen mixed with the combination of oxygen training. In the training methods and means, he mainly uses short interval training and repeat training in conjunction with the hur dle of technical training. His pre-competition training reflects the new concepts of current middle-distance race training, but in the background of training load increasing continuously, some problems need to be considered in his use of training structure and the recovery of means.
