摘要
目的对大连市2011-2013年餐饮具消毒效果监测结果的分析,了解大连市餐饮业卫生质量状况。方法依照GB 14934-94《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》进行采样和检测。结果 2011-2013年大连市共抽检654分样品,合格581份,合格率为90.37%。其中2011年抽检49家消毒单位,样品300份,合格率为84.67%;2012年抽检24家,样品144份,合格率为90.98%;2013年抽检35家,样品210份,合格率为98.10%。结论从2011-2013年对大连市消毒单位进行餐具消毒效果随机抽检监测结果看,合格率总体呈现上升趋势。说明近年来通过加强卫生监督管理,因为消费意识的提高,敦促监管力度的加大,大连市的餐饮具消毒效果趋势良好。
Objective To analyze the tableware disinfection effect in Dalian from 2011 to 2013,and understand the status of the catering industry health quality in dalian. Methods According to GB 14934-94 Hygienic standard for disinfection of dinner and drinking set sampled and tested. Results Sampled observation of dalian city from 2011 to 2013,654 samples,581 qualified,percent of pass was 90. 37%. Checked 49 disinfection units in 2011,300 samples,percent of pass was 84. 67%; checked 24 disinfection units in 2012,144 samples,percent of pass was90. 98%; checked 350 disinfection units in 2013,210 samples,percent of pass was 98. 10%. Conclusion From2011 to 2013,the tableware disinfection effect rise trend in Dalian. So,through to strengthen health supervision and management in recent years,because of rising consumption means,urged increase of regulation,the tableware disinfection effect of trend in dalian is good.
