摘要
采用10-(2,5-二羟基苯基)-10-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO-HQ)与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,聚乙二醇(PEG)为软段,合成了含磷热塑性聚氨酯(P-TPU)。研究了P-TPU的引入对由苯氧基聚磷腈(SPB-100)、三聚氰胺(MA)、笼状磷酸酯(PEPA)复配阻燃的聚苯乙烯(PS)阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当添加5%的硬段含量为70%的P-TPU于PS/SPB-100/MA/PEPA(60/20/15/5)阻燃体系中时,体系的极限氧指数(LOI)可达到28.5%,冲击强度由添加前的0.42 kJ/m2提高至2.89 kJ/m2,拉伸强度则由添加前的16.22 MPa提高至21.75 MPa。
A series of thermoplastic polyurethanes containing phosphorus(P-TPU) were synthesized by using 10-(2,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-10-hydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPOHQ),3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate(IPDI) as hard segments,and polyethylene glycol(PEG) as soft segments,which were applied in polystyrene with the mixture of poly(bis(phenoxy)phosphazene)(SPB-100),melamine(MA) and caged bicyclic phosphate(PEPA) as the flame retardant.And the effects of P-TPU content on flame retardancy and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that when 5% P-TPU with 70% hard segment is added,limit oxygen index(LOI) of the PS/SPB-100/MA/PEPA(60/20/15/5) flame-retarded system reaches 28.5%,the impact strength increases from 0.42 kJ/m2 to 2.89 kJ/m2,and the tensile strength increases from 16.22 MPa to 21.75 MPa.
