摘要
在安排向家坝水电站运行方式时要全面考虑系统稳定、航运需求、临近县城振动、设备自身安全等各方面的影响。通过对500 kV系统运行方式局限性、机组运行方式安排、机组检修停电方式、发电与航运、泄洪与振动等方面存在的薄弱环节的分析,就如何规避存在的安全风险,提出了电站运行方式安排的指导性意见。
The influences of operation mode on power system stability, navigation, county city vibration and equipment safety must be considered when arranging the operation of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station. The weaknesses in the operation mode of station＇s 500 kV power system, the arrangement of unit operation mode and the power-down mode for unit maintenance, and the relationships between generation and navigation and between flood release and county city vibration are analyzed. The guidance for arranging the operation of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is also proposed to avoid the security risks.
