摘要
天荒坪抽水蓄能电厂运行中 5 0 0kV氧化锌避雷器计数器频繁动作 ,介绍了 2次现场 5 0 0kVGIS隔离闸刀操作过电压的实测 ,以及用EMTP电磁暂态程序进行的创新计算。首次提出该避雷器计数器的动作是由 5 0 0kVGIS隔离闸刀操作产生的快速暂态过电压 (VFTO)作用于避雷器 ,使避雷器本体相应出现了一组频度极高、波头极陡的容性电流脉冲 ,导致计数器频繁动作 ,还就VFTO对大型 5 0 0kV变压器的影响和相应的防止对策提出了分析和建议。
The results of two actual measurements of on-site switching over-voltage and the creative calculation using EMTP program to study the frequent actions of the 500 kV ZnO arrester counter in the Tianhuangping Pumped-Storage Power Plant were introduced. It was put forward for the first time that the actions of the ZnO arrester counter in the Tianhuangping Pumped-Storage Power Plant does not mean the protective action of arrester main body. On the contrary, the practical situation was that a very fast transient over-voltage (VFTO), which formed by the switching operation of 500 kV GIS disconnecting switch acted on the arrester, then a series of capacitive current pulses with very high frequency and steep wave front occurred in the arrester main body. It was this current pulse that resulted in the frequent action of the counter. Furthermore, the effect of the VFTO on the large 500 kV transformer and the operation countermeasure for the Tianhuangping Plant for the future were analyzed and suggested as well.
