摘要
向家坝水电站是金沙江下游河段规划的最末一个梯级电站,坝址位于四川省宜宾县和云南省水富县之间,距离水富县航运码头2.5 km。大坝还处于建设期,升船机尚未建成,不具备通航条件。电站运行与下游通航安全涉及面广、影响因素多、关系复杂。对目前大坝泄洪设施运行情况进行总结,从泄洪设施检修角度,对下游航运水位安全的影响进行分析。
Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is the last cascade development of downstream section of Jinsha River. The dam site locates between Yibin County of Sichuan Province and Shuifu County of Yunnan Province with a distance of 2.5 km to the navigation terminal of Shuifu. Because the dam is still in construction, the ship lift has not yet completed and the ships cannot be passed. The relationship between station operation and navigation security is influenced by many factors. The current operation of flood discharge facilities is summarized and the impacts of the overhaul of flood discharge facilities on the safe water level of downstream navigation are analyzed.
