摘要
职业院校"双师型"教师队伍建设是提高人才培养质量的重要基础。从制度理论视角分析,职业院校作为受环境强烈影响的开放系统,解决"双师型"教师队伍建设问题需要反映在社会中得以制度化的准则、价值和思想意识,实现"双师型"教师文化引领和文化自觉;需要政府、学校、企业和社会多方联动,实现"双师型"教师管理制度化、职业院校投入制度化、校企合作制度化。
The"dual-qualification"teaching team construction is one of the core tasks of connotation construction of voca-tional colleges. From the perspective of institutional theory, it thinks that vocational colleges as open systems were influ-enced strongly by the environment. The construction of"dual-qualification"teaching team cannot be realized without con-sidering the institutional guarantee, without the social linkage of government, colleges, enterprises. This paper is to focuson the realization of"double teacher"through institutionalized management, the institutionalized funds investment of voca-tional education and the institutionalized university-enterprise cooperation.
