摘要
职业倦怠是个体在精力和资源过度要求的情况下产生的失败和精疲力竭感,教师是产生职业倦怠的高发人群。国内外在教师职业倦怠影响的因素和对策方面的研究中,发现教师职业倦怠的产生是社会、家庭、学校和教师个体共同作用的结果,在应对措施上必须将情景因素和个体因素充分结合起来。
Job burnout is the response to excessive energy and resources requirement and a teacher is highly prone to it. This paper focuses on the research achievements in the influential factors and the countermeasures of teachers' burnout. Teachers' burnout is the resuh of the interaction of society, family, school and the individual, so the response must be fully combined the situational factors and the individual factors.
