摘要
教育实习是师范生专业素质发展的重要载体,顶岗实习与混合编队实习是两种新型的实习模式,但目前还缺乏师范生在这些实习模式中如何开展教学探索、受到哪些因素影响等问题的研究.通过对1名顶岗实习师范生和1名混合编队实习师范生的对比质性分析,归纳出两种实习模式的教学探索模式,并从社会学的视角分析了影响教学探索的因素.
Educational practice plays an important role in improving the professional quality of normal students.In-post teaching practice(ITP)and mixture-group teaching practice(MTP)are two new models of educational practice.However,there are still few researches on how normal students carry out teaching exploration and what factors influence their teaching practice in those practice models.This paper sums up the teaching exploration model of the two practice models and analyzes the factors that influence the teaching exploration from the perspective of sociology through a quality analysis of a comparison between an in-post practical normal student and a mixture-group practical normal student.
