顶岗实习中师范生专业素质发展的实证研究 被引量:24

An Empirical Research on the Professional Development of the Teaching Majors in Their In-Post Internship

摘要 顶岗实习作为高师院校人才培养模式改革的重要举措,能有效地促进师范生专业素质的全面协调发展。通过问卷调查发现,师范生在顶岗实习过程中专业素质得到明显提升,并与集中实习、混合编队实习形成显著差异。顶岗实习师范生所具有的从教责任感,对自身的高度自律,以及拥有充足的实践机会和高自由度的实习环境是促进专业成长的有利因素,而重复实践、缺乏有效指导则是实施顶岗实习中需要改善的问题。 In-post internship is an important measure on the reform of talent-training mode in teachers' college.It can effectively promote the overall qualities of students majoring in teacher education.Through the questionnaire survey,we find that in the process of in-post internship,the students have obvious improvement on their professional qualities,and it is prominently different from the other two ways of internship:internship by teams whose members are of the same major;internship by teams whose members are of different majors.For students who choose the in-post internship,their teaching responsibilities,self-discipline,sufficient chances of practice and fairly free environment are beneficial for their professional growth.However,some problems as repetition and less effective guidance should be improved.On the basis of exploring the students' professional qualities,this article demonstrates scientifically the influences that in-post internship has on students through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.
