股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗进展 被引量：5

摘要 股骨粗隆间骨折是临床上常见骨折之一,多发于老年人。股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方法,相关文献报道较多。保守治疗简单易行,但周期长,并发症多,患者死亡率较高;手术治疗能使骨折尽可能达到解剖复位,尽早恢复肢体功能,减少并发症,降低死亡率;中医药治疗、调护,可克服老人惧怕手术心理,减少并发症及死亡率。手术治疗结合中医药调理是股骨粗隆间骨折的较适宜方法。本文综述了近年来股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方法进展。
