摘要
目的探讨人工关节置换与内固定治疗骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的对比情况。方法选取2009年1月～2010年12月收治的骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者102例,随机分成观察组和对照组各51例,对照组给予内固定治疗,观察组给予人工关节置换术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效情况。结果观察组痊愈28例,显效18例,有效4例,无效1例,有效率98.04%;对照组痊愈8例,显效16例,有效20例,无效7例,有效率86.27%。观察组有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=28.45,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论人工关节置换在治疗骨质疏松不稳定粗隆间骨折方面具有显著的临床疗效,明显优于内固定手术,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of artificial joint replacement and internal fixation for the treatment of osteoporotic unstable intertroehanteric fracture of the contrast between. Methods Osteoporosis were selected in our hospital from 2009 January to 2010 December in our hospital patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture 102 cases, were randomLy divided into observation group and 51 cases in the control group, the control group treated with internal fixation, the observation group received the artificial joint replacement therapy, clinical effects were compared between the two groups of patients. Results 28 cases were cured, effective in 18 cases, effective 4 cases, invalid 1 cases, efficiency of 98.04%; control group 8 cases were cured, effective in 16 cases, effective 20 cases, invalid 7 cases, efficiency of 86.27%. In the observation group, the effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,（χ^2=28.45, P〈0.05 ）, there was statistical significance. Conclusion Clinical curative effect of artificial joint replacement in the treatment of osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture, internal fixation operation is superior, is worthy of clinical use.
