摘要
目的对中文版牛津髋关节功能量表进行信度和效度评价。方法翻译英文版牛津髋关节功能量表,并将所形成的中文版量表及医学结局研究简短量表-8、欧洲五维度健康量表共同应用于广州市2所三级甲等医院127例全髋关节置换患者中。研究对象包括3组人群:全髋关节置换术前患者、术后1年患者、术后3年患者,并各抽取其中20例患者进行重测信度分析。结果量表的内部一致性信度Cronbach’sα系数为0.94,3组人群重测Spearman相关系数为0.98、0.91、0.76。因子分析提取2个公因子,各项目在相应因子上有较满意的因子载荷量。结论中文版牛津髋关节功能量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于对全髋关节置换术前、术后不同阶段患者的髋关节功能评价。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Oxford Hip Score（OHS）.Methods A total of 127 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were divided into three groups,including those pre-operative,one year and three years post-operative and investigated with OHS（Chinese version）,SF-8 and EQ-5D.Then 20 cases were selected within the three groups respectively for repeated testing.Results The reliability coefficient（Cronbach＇s α） of the OHS was 0.94.Test-retest Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.98,0.91,0.76.Two public factors were extracted with factor analysis,and the corresponding factors of the projects were satisfied with factor loading.Conclusion The Chinese version of Oxford Hip Score is reliable and valid to determine the function of hip for Chinese patients.
