摘要
随着医疗市场竞争日趋激烈和人民群众的医疗服务需求日益增加,医院的内外环境发生改变,目前我国医药发展面临的最大的问题和挑战仍然是管理问题,思想作为行为的向导,可以很好地指导实践,因此,医院管理理念的实践应用对于医院转变管理模式,提高管理水平和效率既是医院自身生存和发展的要求,也是我国医疗卫生事业健康发展的需要。笔者对于一个医院在开展管理工作时,需要管理理念进行了系统梳理和研究。
With more and more intense medical market competition and increasing health service demand of people, the internal and external environments of hospitals are changing and at present, the management problem is still the most major problem and challenge in our pharmaceutical development. As the guide of the behaviors, thoughts can guide practice well. Therefore, the innovation of hospital management concept including changing the management mode, improving the management level and efficiency, is the requirement of hospital survival and devel- opment and the need of the development of medical and health services in our country. This paper makes a systemati- cal analysis and search of several managenent concept when a hospital is carrying out the management work.
