摘要
医患关系是当前极为敏感的一个社会关系,医患沟通是医患关系的重要组成部分,贯穿于整个医疗活动过程中,但当今医患沟通体系的不完善导致医患关系现状十分严峻,良好的医患沟通能力可以避免或大大减少医疗纠纷的发生,因此医方和患方必须共同努力,以积极、有效的沟通为手段,理性对待医患矛盾,构建和谐医患关系。
Doctor-patient relationship is a very sensitive current social relation,doctor-patient communication is an important part of the doctor-patient relationship,and it runs through the whole process of medical activities,but today＇s imperfect of communication system between doctors and patients leads to the current situation of the relationship between doctors and patients is very serious,and good doctor-patient communication skills can avoid or greatly reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,so the hospitals and patients must work together to construct the harmonious doctor-patient relationship with active and effective communication as a means,the rational treatment of thedoctor-patient contradiction.
