摘要
目的:观察并探讨蒙医传统整骨喷酒疗法治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的80例肱骨近端骨折的患者随机分为两组,即对照组和观察组,对照组40例采用切开复位肱骨近端加压锁定板(LCP)固定,观察组40例采用蒙医传统整骨喷酒疗法整复、超肩夹板固定结合患肢垂直牵引甩肩,治疗结束后,分别从复位情况、骨折愈合时间、肩关节功能恢复情况(Constant--Murley肩关节功能评分)及患者满意度4个方面评价两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组骨折复位情况优于对照组(P<0.05);骨折愈合时间比对照组短(P<0.05);治疗4w、8w、24w后Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分无差异(P>0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组。结论:运用蒙医传统整骨喷酒疗法治疗NeerⅡ型肱骨近端骨折临床疗效显著,且骨折愈合时间短,患者满意度高,值得推广。
To investigate and compare the clinical result and the increased application of the two treatments in- cluding Traditional Mongolian medicine osteopathy with Spray wine and surgical treatment for proximal humeral fractures which are NeerⅡ. Methods：80 PHF patients were divided into Observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Patients in the Observation group were treatment for Traditional Mongolian medicine osteop- athy with Spray wine, while the others in the control group were surgical treatment. After the treatment, the clini- cal curative effects of the patients in the 2 group were evaluated from the 4 aspects as reduction state, fracture healing time, Constant--Murley shoulder function score and patient satisfaction respectively. Results：Fracture re- duction state of Observation group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Fractures of all the patients in the Observation group were all healed, while 1 case with unhealed in control group;There was no statistical difference in the aspects of pain, daily living ability, shoulder joint motion, muscle strength and Constant-Murley total scores between the 2 Groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; Patient satisfaction of Observation group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion：Through this research, we find that the Callus growth and the shoulder function recovery of the Mongolian medicine osteopathy with Spray wine treatment for proximal humeral fractures which are classified as the NeerⅡ are significantly better than surgical treatment, the conservative treatments has firm fixation, early functional exercise. The fractures heal fast. The shoulder function has restored well. The method is worth in clinical application.
