摘要
目的：探讨生姜泻心汤治疗寒热错杂型功能性消化不良的临床疗效.方法：30例寒热错杂型功能性消化不良患者服用生姜泻心汤,根据患者的临床情况加减药方,7～56d后观察疗效.结果：服药后,疗治总有效率达到95.8%.结论：生姜泻心汤治疗功能性消化不良有较好的疗效,只有在辨证的基础上用生姜泻心汤才能取得更好疗效.
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shengjiang Xiexin decoction on functional dyspepsia in cold and heatsyndrome. Methods： 30 cases with functional dyspepsia in cold and heat syndrome were treated with Shengjiang Xiexin decoction.Prescription was changed based on the clinical condition of the patients, after 7-56 days, the effects were observed. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment was 95.8%. Conclusion： Shengjiang Xiexin decoction has a good effect on functionaldyspepsia.Only on the basis of the syndrome differentiation, Shengjiang Xiexin decoction can achieve better effects.
