老年功能性消化不良护理干预治疗的作用 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨护理干预治疗对老年功能性消化不良(FD)患者临床治疗的影响。方法对来我院门诊和病房就诊的66例单纯药物治疗症状无改善的老年FD患者实施有针对性的护理措施。结果通过实施有针对性的护理干预,老年FD患者消化不良症状明显改善,有效率为87.88%,与护理干预前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理干预在内的综合治疗可明显提高老年FD的临床疗效。
